"Our Village" Playgroup Activity

FIT4MOM is about more than just exercise- we're about community. Each month we host a variety of activities for our moms with and without their kiddos such as:

• Crafts after class
• Guest presentations
• Play dates
• Mom's nights out
• Family days out
